• download a printable application form in PDF format 

• fill it out

• sign it

• fax it back to (229) 874-2211, mail it to Sowega.net P.O. Box 85 Leslie, GA 31764 or email it to: citizens@sowega.net
   

* All service applications (Dial-up, DSL, Cable Modem, Fiber) need to register a basic dial-up access account. Broadband services require additional documents for processing. All services not available in all areas, please contact our Customer Service department for availability and more details.
